And 1-year labour warranty in Melbourne metro area. If your sauna is not working in rare cases and need to repair, please consult our expert and we will come up with the best solution for you. If needed, we will repair it for you free of charge when you are in Melbourne. For other remote areas, we will deliver the specified component parts to you free of charge. Please provide your receipt and details for your sauna and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.

We offer FREE transit insurance for your peace of mind. Your order will be either delivered to your door by one of our trusted courier services or to a depot near you, this ensures you receive your goods quickly and safely.

You MUST inspect the package before signing as this will affect the liability

If the package is lost or damaged it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery time

Items typically leave within 3-5 business days of payment processing.

Delivery is normally made within 2-10 business days of dispatch but please allow up to 14 days from receiving your confirmation of dispatch email.

We will try our best to provide you with accurate lowest shipping costs for all locations, but for regional areas, prices may vary depending on your location. Please accept your order may be shipped by separate parcel because of the specified allocation from the courier. For every Kylin Sauna order, we arrange all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg to avoid injury, you may need two 2 adults to help the driver with unloading.

Carton weights can be seen on the products listed specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. You are welcome to request additional services such as an extra helper or specialized delivery service or installation service. This will need to be arranged with us before dispatch and an additional cost of $100 for installation will apply. Please note that any additional freight carrier fees such as re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number for your item once the order has been processed.

About Delivery

The sauna is flat-packed with one or more than one packages. It will be shipped on the pallet. The delivery time frame is between 9am-5pm. The carrier will not contact the receiver before delivery, you can check the tracking link for the status of the delivery. The sauna must be unloaded on the ground floor and the carriers will not take anything upstairs or in elevators.

All deliveries will be delivered in the authority to leave option, In the case where there is no one on-site to receive the freight, the freight will only be left if there is a safe place to do so, otherwise it will be returned to the depot. You may receive a "missing delivery" card and re-delivery will be arranged. The re-delivery fee $50 may occur. Please note that any additional freight carrier’s fees such as re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

We will dispatch your sauna in 48 hours after receiving your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, please allow the following delivery times based on your location.
