AUSSIE PILATES DELUXE STUDIO LADDER BARREL

The ladder barrel is an amazing piece of Pilates equipment for toning your body, increasing blood flow and your flexibility and rehabilitative care. Pilates ladder barrels are excellent for developing back strength and promoting trunk extension which is crucial to developing good posture.

The round surface ideal for stretching and strengthening exercises and the wooden rungs provide customisability and flexibility for different users.

Like the trapeze and Cadillac, the ladder barrel was originally designed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates Barrels utilise gravity rather than springs for resistance. The ladder barrel has an adjustable sliding base, has high quality EVA foam padding as it is more comfortable and more durable than regular foam. Upholstered in high quality vinyl pleather.
